BrimLight provides its user with an effective, hands-free source of light to virtually any environment. The need for this product is immeasurable and the uses are endless; the Brim Light is a must for anyone who works or plays in the dark.

The Brim Light is made of extremely flexible, virtually weightless EVA foam that attaches to the Brim of any hat or construction style hard hat by way of 2 metal clips. Five super bright LED bulbs are positioned across the front of the brim light. This design provides a remarkable light radius of 120 degrees, a range of 30+ feet forward and a depth of field of over 90 degrees. The middle LED is rotated down 10 Degrees to assist with close up applications. The performance specs of the Brim Light offer a visual field that flashlights and headlamps cannot compete with.

Not only does the Brim Light highlight the depth of your visual field but it also enhances your peripheral vision as well. Research studies have shown that peripheral vision not only detects motion but orientates the mind and has a direct impact on decision making and reaction time.

The light is powered by four lithium coin-cell batteries (CR2032 3V) that are located on the underside of the light at each end and are easily replaced. Battery life is 40 hours. The LED's are available in white, red or green and have a life cycle of more than 50,000 hours. There is an on/off membrane switch located in the center for easy “one-touch” use.

The White LED’s are the color of choice of most users, however, the Red LED’s are quite popular with aviators, hunters and boat skippers, due to the fact that the light does not impact “night vision”.

• If one LED goes out do all the LED's go out? No. Each LED has its own separate components which allows the remaining bulbs to stay lit even if one goes out.
  
• Can I replace the LED's? No. Due to the welding process the bulbs cannot be replaced.
  
• Can I get LED's in different colors? The bulbs are available in white and red.
  
• What is the battery life on the Brim light? The typical battery life is 40 hours of continual use. Battery Type: Lithium Coin Cell, CR2032.
• How much does the Brim Light weigh? The Brim Light weighs 1.0 ounce without batteries and 1.2 ounces with batteries.
  
• Does it work under water? No. The Brim light is water resistant, however it should not be immersed underwater.
  
• What is the warranty? Unconditional warranty for one full year against all defects in materials and workmanship. Excludes abuse, accidental damage. Proof of Purchase is required.
  
• Is assembly required? No the unit comes completely assembled.
  
• Do the bulbs radiate any heat? No, the bulbs do not radiate any heat and are cool to the touch. In addition, components are designed with an aluminum backing to deflect any heat from the inside making the lights cool and comfortable to wear.
