Brimlightusa.com tests all products before they are shipped to ensure their proper performance. If the item you receive is defective, please return the defective unit in its original packaging within 5 business days from the date the package arrived, and Brimlightusa.com will replace it or refund it for the full purchase price.
Please email us at sales@brimlightusa.com before returning the defective product. Include all applicable order information with your return to ensure that there are no delays in processing. Note: Individual broken “Finger Lights” need not be returned, just email us and a replacement will be sent. The BrimLight product has a full one year warranty for defects in material and workmanship from the date of your purchase. Excludes abuse and accidents. Proof of purchase is required.
